Benefit Danspiritual Jam in support of the victims of the floods in Peruon Sunday 16th at OT301
This is a call to your sensitive side. You might have heard about the terrible situation of the northern coast victims of El Niño in Peru. Thousands of people had lost their homes and are in need of water, food and medical attention.
Would you like to join forces and come to dance and dedicate the session to those in need?
WHAT TO EXPECT
At a Danspiritual Jam we warm up with some exercises that make us connect more easily with the body sensations and the present moment. We dance with others and/or alone following the following guidelines:

At a Danspiritual Jam we warm up with some exercises that make us connect more easily with the body sensations and the present moment. We dance with others and/or alone following the following guidelines:
- No speaking in the dance floor
- No shoes
- We are sensitive and respectful to the other's will of dancing alone
- We move freely in the space while taking care of others
- Some beverages are available in the kitchen. No glasses allowed in the dance floor (just bottles of water if you bring yours.)

Location: Anamorphic Studio (last floor of the building, first door to the right)
Overtoom 301, Amsterdam
Date: Sunday 16 of March.
Time: 11:00 - 13:00 pm. Take your time and join a bit before.

Risa Luna (Patricia) is a visual artist, teacher, Inner Child and Danspiritual coach. She has studied mime with Norma Berrade and theatre with Aurora Colina in Lima, Peru. She graduated from the Audiovisual Department of the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in 2002 with the fiction film"Idiocy Sweet Idiocy"and studied in the School of Arts of the Catholic University of Peru in Lima. She has worked as a teacher for many years in several art academies like the Gerrit Rietveld Academy, Centro de la Fotografia, Toulouse Lautrec Institute, Antonio Gaudi Institute, San Ignacio de Loyola Institute, Leonardo Da Vinci Institute between others. She has taught photography, composition, color, illustration, and drawing to children and adults. She has worked as a freelance graphic designer and photo editor. She has widely exhibited her artwork in museums and galleries worldwide and in her natal Lima. Her children's book "Pompon" has been published in 2014 by Morada Caracol Publisher. Her quest had her venture in disciplines like mime, theater, dance, photography, video, film, painting, children’s book writing and illustration. If there is a constant in her search, it is her clear vision of an attainable state of balance and calm in daily live. Her artistic and spiritual path is aligned with this vision. www.patriciavega.nl
