Join us for a ritual in where through meditation and dance you'll be guided to learn how to apply the energy of Element Fire in the areas you choose to work in. Dance and meditation are very efficient bridges to get pass the rational mind and reach the subconscious mind. With Dj Polyesta playing, you are for a night where shimmering, gleaming and glowing are guaranteed!

OVER ESTA POLYESTA
DJ Polyesta creates a party with Global Beats and Ethno House. Polyesta is well known for her World Music and Balkan Beats sets, but because of her love for electronic music, she truly enjoys merging beats with ethnic music into a funky feel-good mix.
She blends music from Africa, Asia, Middle East, Latin America and Europe like there are no borders, connecting cultures and people in dance. Polyesta’s style is flowing and feminine, uplifting and fun. She spices up dance music with samples and recordings of world music or with live musicians.

OVER RISA LUNA (Patricia Vega Boschiazzo)
Risa is a multidisciplinary artist born in Peru who after pursuing a career in the arts, moved to Amsterdam to study audiovisuals at the Rietveld Academy. Since a young age she had been attracted to spirituality and alternative healing methods. Her path had lead her to deepen into Mindfulness Meditation, Inner Child Work and Conscious Dance practices. Her conviction through personal exploration of the harmonizing power of body awareness, meditation and dance and her vocation to be of service to others had led her to create Danspiritual in 2014.

Location: Anamorphic Studio (last floor of the building)
Overtoom 301, Amsterdam
Door opens at 7:15pm.
We start the session 7:30 and it goes on till 9pm.
Fee: €10

GUIDELINES
No speaking in the dance floor
No shoes
We are respectful to other's will of dancing alone
We move freely in the space while taking care of others
Some beverages are available in the kitchen. No glasses allowed in the dance floor (just bottles of water if you bring yours.)
