Danspiritual: Dance & Picnic

After travelling and giving several workshops in Peru for eight months, I am back to The Netherlands, recharged, and looking forward to share the new music, exercises and experiences I have gathered during this inspiring time. Coming Tuesday it will be nice weather in Amsterdam so let’s make the most of it with an evening dedicated to express gratitude for whatever this summer had brought to us.

This evening the participant will be guided to become aware of her/his connection to nature though the body, to give up control and immerse herself/himself in the music and embrace the emotions and feelings it brings up. No experience except for an attitude of curiosity and openness is needed.
Danspiritual is a project, which aims to create a community of people passionate about living fully and creatively, who love dancing and exploring the possibilities of dance as a means of expression and consciousness expansion.
