Benefit Danspiritual Jam in support of the victims of the floods in Peruon Sunday 16th at OT301

This is a call to your sensitive side. You might have heard about the terrible situation of the northern coast victims of El Niño in Peru. Thousands of people had lost their homes and are in need of water, food and medical attention.

Would you like to join forces and come to dance and dedicate the session to those in need?

At a Danspiritual Jam we warm up with some exercises that make us connect more easily with the body sensations and the present moment. We dance with others and/or alone following the following guidelines:

  • No speaking in the dance floor
  • No shoes
  • We are sensitive and respectful to the other's will of dancing alone
  • We move freely in the space while taking care of others
  • Some beverages are available in the kitchen. No glasses allowed in the dance floor (just bottles of water if you bring yours.)

Location: Anamorphic Studio (last floor of the building, first door to the right)
Overtoom 301, Amsterdam
Date: Sunday 16 of March.
Time: 11:00 - 13:00 pm. Take your time and join a bit before.
