Free Workshops Danspiritual in Centrum Horizon in November and in Westerpark
I want to share this great news with you! I am giving free and donation based Danspiritual & The 4 Natural Elements sessions the coming weeks because I want that more people get the chance to learn how wonderful it is to let the body express itself and connect to nature through meditation, dance and music.
First two possibilities are tomorrow Friday 30th from 9 to 10 am and Saturday 1st from 10 to 11 am. in Westerpark in the open concert area.
I will continue leading Danspiritual & The 4 Natural Elements Workshop every Saturday from 10 to 11 am. at Westerpark donation based. And another Danspiritual & The 4 Natural Elements Workshop every Thursday Centrum De Horizon for FREE starting 3 November 7:45 to 9.30 pm.

Danspiritual is a journey back to the magnificent self and mystery we are; a space where a deep sense of inner peace, gratitude and wonderment waits to be unveiled.
DANSPIRITUAL & THE 4 NATURAL ELEMENTS WORKSHOP
The Four Elements Workshop offers a practice where the participant is guided to dive into the body and learn how to trust in his/her process through life. The participant is enabled to integrate the positive attributes of each of the elements Earth, Water, Fire and Air, into his/her own body and psyche. Fundamental to the practice is the individual's experience in the present moment and the cultivation of a non judgemental attitude.
PRACTICAL INFO
LOCATION: Westergasfabriek concert area. Right in the middle of the big field in front of the water!
DATES: Every Saturday 10 - 11.00 am.
