What is that we do at Danspiritual?
Through combining music and movement in a safe environment we are lead to leave the ego aside and feel how unique and precious it is to be alive, to have a body, to be breathing, how peaceful we can feel, how much joy we can experience through focusing on the sensations of the body, through allowing the music to guide us and letting the sense of freedom and happiness that is ours, arise spontaneously.
How can something as simple and at hand as dancing transform our mood instantly? Because dancing is a natural human way of expression of all times and cultures. Because dancing in a non judgemental and supportive group is liberating, exhilarating, sensual, vital, magic, healing, soothing, empowering, nourishing. The list goes on.
